To prevent breakdown and maintain efficiency, we'll check and clean your air conditioner in the spring and furnace in the fall and advise you of any needed repairs. We schedule maintenance Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 5 pm. See what the A/C  and Furnace maintenance include. 

All consecutively paid membership dues accumulate as a loyalty reward and are deducted from a complete system replacement cost. Should you need one in the future.

When you become a KNOW VIP Member, you're entitled to a 20% discount on all your heating or cooling system repairs.

The VIP membership is $33 per month, and the billing is an automatic recurring credit card charge. You can qualify for the VIP membership if your system is in good working order, you schedule routine maintenance, and the system is residential. Call us to see if your system qualifies.
